Oh hello hello! If you know me, you'll know I'm all about nice, smooth, glowing skin and I'm forever on the hunt for products that can help me get there. I'm pretty addicted to making my body as smooth and illuminated as I can make it. With the colder weather approaching, it's time to up my game and start taking better care of my body. Cold weather and my skin don't get on, the coldness makes me feel dull and dry so here are some of my favourite, top products for cold weather!
Palmer's Natural Bronze Body Lotion - Yep, you guessed it. Palmer's Natural Bronze Body Lotion. If you've read my blog before you'll know that this is one of my favourite products of all time. Not only does it make you feel super smooth and hydrated, but it gives you the most beautiful, natural tan. I swear by this, over fake tan actually as the colour is deep but not orange. I mainly like that this doubles up as a tanner and a moisturiser so I don't have to do both. I wish I had an endless supply of this because I honestly go through so much of it. You can read my full review of the Palmers range here. You can buy it online here.
St Ives Apricot Body Scrub - I used this within about three days because it's so good. I love St Ives because it smells delicious but it feels so creamy and hydrating on the skin whilst also exfoliating. It doesn't leave you feel dirty, your skin feels clean, fresh and ready. I love nothing more than gently exfoliating my skin, it makes it so smooth and this is easily one of my top exfoliating products at the moment. Now I've run out of this, I actually miss using it every day in the shower. Endless supply please. Online here.
Elemis British Botanical Body Cream - I've included this because it is such a pleasure to use. Truly. It's one of those body creams that just makes you feel like silk, not greasy, sweaty silk though, it sinks into your skin and feels so pleasure. They also do a body wash version of this which is my absolute favourite, I completely feel like I'm treating my skin. Plus, it smells amazing. This product is an absolute pleasure to use. Plus, it's packed full of amazing ingredients. Online here.
CityScape Mary Kay Skin Softening Mist - I get quite lazy when it comes to moisturising and I find mists so easy to use. This is great if you're on the go and just want to soothe and soften the skin. If you read my blog a lot, you'll know I am crazily obsessed with dry oils. You can watch my video here where I talked about my favourite dry oils and lotions!
Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse - Another dry oil. Nuxe is one of my favourite brands of all time and this dry oil seriously does not disappoint. It's rammed full of amazing ingredients and gives you the most amazing glow, it just makes your skin look so radiant and amazing. I put this all over my body and cannot get enough. Online here.
Sanctuary Spa Wonderbody - Sanctuary Spa is one of my favourite brands of all time when it comes to body care and their new Wonderbody certainly doesn't disappoint. If you're into body care then this is for you, it gives you an amazing glow but also hydrates, illuminates, corrects, evens and perfects the skin. This really is a wonder lotion and is so perfect for making the body glow all over. I feel so amazing after covering my body in this. I love the way it makes my skin feel.
Neom Intense Skin Treatment Candle - Neom is one of, if not my favourite candle brand. I was so excited (you may remember this from one of my favourites posts) when I found out that this candle is actually a skin treatment candle. As someone who always wants to treat my skin, this is basically my dream product. This is a candle, which smells amazing but then, you can massage it on your body. It has been specially formulated for dry and stressed skin. It has cocoa butter in it, soybean oil and almond oil. It contains the highest possible percentage of pure essential oils making this so therapeutic, like an amazing spa break in the comfort of your own home. Online here.
Lastly, if you are suffering with dry skin, you can find a link here to ‘make-up masterclass’ tutorial for people who suffer from eczema or dry skin, which skin care brand Cetraben has produced in partnership with professional make-up artist, Jenni Davis. I feel fortunate that I only suffer from dry skin during the Winter months but hopefully these products/the video may help you!
Other top products I recommend for dry skin this Winter; any body butters from The Body Shop (my favourite!). How could I forget these?! Online here. Let's combat dry skin this Winter!
After writing this, I want to go and lather my body in some nice oils now and have a pamper session haha! Which are your favourite products for dry skin? Do you like any of the products I've mentioned? Have you used any of them?
