Wednesday evening- Just got home from work and realised that I didn't show any of you my beauty purchases yesterday! So here goes, the theme of today is 'Beauty Splurges'

I love nothing better than buying stuff from Mac cosmetics, I am an addict!
Item number 1; Shu Uemura - Uv Under base mousse.
This was recommended to me by a teacher actually. She swore that it was the best primer she has ever used and she said she has used them all. Ever since i've been hooked, I know it's good because when i run out, I notice that my make up doesnt look as good and falls off my face. I also tend to get complimented more on my make up when I have this underneath. I put it on every morning after moisturising, be careful though as so much comes out. It evens out the skin tone and is SPF30 which is incredible as even in the Winter the sun is extremely low and this is extremely damaging and ageing to the skin. This makes your base perfectly smooth and even as well as protecting the skin AND it makes your foundation stay on longer.
Item number 2; MAC Bronzing powder.
I have a few Mac bronzers, powders and blushers as you can imagine what with me being Mac cosmetics biggest fan. However, I was just speaking to the woman about how my bronzer always goes grey on my cheeks and asked what she recommended. She said it's because my foundation is yellow toned and by putting gold bronzers on it something happens which makes it go an ashy colour. She showed me this one and finally It actually bronzes my cheeks instead of making them look dirty! Hooray!
Item number 3; Mac mineralize concealer
I have used every concealer from Mac apart from this one. This is the newest addition to their range and it is made with minerals so it's good for your skin, yaaay! I asked for something not too thick as I only want to cover minor blemishes but also something which mimics YSL's touche éclat (one day I will buy this). This definitely does the trick, she put it under my eyes and around my nose. It is so brightening! I love it! I got it in a lighter colour than my foundation and put it on over the top of the foundation. It's brightening but I found today at school instead of redoing my foundation I could just dab abit of this on , so it is really handy to put in your purse or handbag. I love the little wand/brush that comes with it. it isn't spongey it's made with hairs so it's really thin and nice:)
Item number 4; Pearl Drops teeth whitening.
I don't know if this actually works but I have used it for ages and quite frequently am asked if I get my teeth whitened. Instead of paying £8 in a supermarket for it I get it from Poundland as it is well, you guessed it; £1.00!
Item number 5; Primark eye lashes.
These are amaaazing! I used to get my lashes from Shu Uemera but they are expensive, good but expensive. Then I randomly found these and they're generally amazing! I hope they don't discontinue them as they're amazing. I'm gonna go try buy 10 pairs this week just in case! They're only £1.00 each. Because they're so cheap you'd expect the glue to be crap, I mean come on, surely it wouldn't be good for something so cheap?
Wronggg again! It's incredible and goes soo sticky! They stay on all day. BARGAIN.
PRIMARK 'SPLURGE'
My beautiful rings, £2.50 each from Primark.
Ignore my nails, so ugly and bare as I had to take my nail varnish off at work!
What are your fave beauty must haves and beauty buys?
I love make up shopping, it makes me so happy!
