Top Rated Summer Products

Summer is well on its way, this weekend in England we had a particularly bright weekend, resulting in a very burnt me. I got outside in the sunshine and took some photos of my top rated products for Summer. I've recently done a Summer haul post and a holiday essentials post, so after this, hopefully you'll have every bit of information that you need in order to glow this Summer, whether you're staying at home this Summer or heading afar, it doesn't matter, everyone can get into the Summer spirit. For me, Summer is about glowing good skin, fresh smells, big smiles and healthy living. So, here are the products that I feel will give you that Summer glow...

Jurlique Herbal Recovery Antioxidant Face Oil - I do believe that this is a miracle oil, it's a complete skin saviour and I feel that this product is to thank for my recent new-found skin radiance. This is a treatment oil which is designed to smooth fine lines, restore luminosity and deeply moisturise the skin. It's full of goodies which help to protect your skin against environmental aggressors and aid in skin wellness, cya spots. It's meant to make the 'skin feel smooth, hydrated and look toned and radiant' and it really does. I noticed from the first use how good my skin looks. My skin doesn't feel so bland anymore, this really gives a nice healthy glow. Plus, you don't have to feel bad for applying to this your skin as it contains only 100% natural botanical and essential oils. Oil me up baby!

Cath Collins Lily Fandango Eau De Toilette - For some bizarre reason I have never heard of the  Cath Collins brand before but I was kindly given this perfume and I haven't looked back since, where have you been all my life?! It came in the cutest little pink box (would make a gorgeous little present). The bottle design is perfectly understated, I love simplicity so this looks beautiful in my bedroom. The scent is so fresh for Summer, I literally spray it all over my body, particularly after moisturising as it means that the perfume will stick to your body for longer. I feel ready to take on the world when I've spritzed this everywhere. This is £35.00 for 50ML which is much cheaper than most fragrances, Flowerbomb costs me around £60 for the same size. Goodbye Flowerbomb.

Palmers Cocoa Butter Natural Bronze Body Lotion - I just needed to review this for you. After seeing a number of beauty bloggers raving about this on instagram, I knew I had to go and buy myself some. Easy to apply and actually quite quick to dry, this gives the most beautiful natural glow. I have even started to apply this as a face moisturiser to give an even brighter glow through the day. It gives such a beautiful Italian colour with no shades of orange, I find that if you fake tan and then apply this every day afterwards, it stops your tan from peeling and really helps to keep your skin supple. The smell is obviously also incredible, the boys at work always comment on how good I smell when I've put this on just before work, this would be the perfect moisturiser to prep with before a date, you'll smell good enough to eat.

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant - This is my ultimate hero product, it always has been and it always will be (as you can see from the slightly battered bottle). I feel that this is perfect for Summer because it exfoliates and therefore, gets rid of any dead or dry skin. This means that you will have less impurities and your skin will glow naturally, which is what we all want this Summer yes?

S5 Illuminate Serum - S5 Is another brand that is new to me, but I'm so glad that I was introduced to it. This is a targeted lightening treatment for hyper-pigmentation (what a mouthful). Basically, it is good for your skin and will make you glow, trust me. Inside it are alpine bioactives, aka little ingredients which are taken from the Alpine ecosystem where organisms have developed highly advanced defensive mechanisms to survive the extremes in heat etc. so basically, it's an amazing product with ridiculously good ingredients and it isn't really something that you'd get from the high street. These little ingredients are there to help boost the skins luminosity which we obviously all want this Summer. I put this on my cheeks and down my nose morning and night, after I've cleansed and I do feel glowing. This is a different glow than the Jurlique Face Oil though, as whilst that fights skin concerns this boosts your radiance and together, they make you look flawless. I use them both together but this more on the cheeks as that's where I want to target. I already feel like my skin is more dewy and bright after applying this for a week.

Vichy Idealia BB Cream - Now, don't worry because I have about 10 BB creams which are all going to be reviewed together this week, so that you can choose which BB cream is for you but in the meantime, I present to you, Vichy Idealia BB Cream. BB creams are essential for Summer because no one wants to clog their pores up in the sunshine. I like this one because it's light weight but it still gives a nice coverage. On my skin, it feels and looks great but when I researched this I found that actually it is designed for 6 different actions, to illuminate, hydrate, smooth wrinkles, refine skin texture, protect with SPF 25 and to reduce the appearance of dark spots. This is why I love BB creams, it's like skincare that you wear all day and it even looks like foundation, only it feels lighter and better for your skin. I hate going back to foundation after wearing BB creams, my skin feels weird and heavy. BB creams for the win.
