September is about new beginnings for a lot
of people, I recently wrote an article for Urban Coco magazine about September
and how it marks new beginnings, with thousands of people getting ready to
start University (lots of you already there), thousands of graduates ready to
start their new jobs and most of us getting ready to say goodbye to Summer, as far as the weather is concerned, Summer was over a long time ago. Is
it really only 3 months until Christmas? In my article, I gave the low-down of
must-do things this Autumn, one of them was to try something different this
month and I’m giving you the chance to do that…Let's not be upset about Summer being over, let's live for the future and get excited for Winter, we're talking onesies, wellingtons and toffee apples. What's not to love?
I enjoy writing a light hearted post at
least once a month, earlier in the month I did an easy to read ‘best things in
life’ post which stressed the importance of relaxing and taking a little bit of
time out to enjoy the little things in life. The kind people at Virgin
currently have a competition which will enable you to try something new or
simply relax.Whether you’re wanting a seaside break
for two for only £89.00, to try sky diving or to do a chocolate making course,
these are just a few of the things that Virgin offer. I’ve chosen some of my
favourites below as I really can’t choose one that I’d do if I won:
- Chocolate Making Workshop - I’d love to take part in the Luxury Chocolate Making Workshop, making chocolate
and then matching it to suitable wines sounds like my perfect day. This would be my dream date. (Jack, I hope you're reading this).
Luxury Tree House Camping - I absolutely love the sound of the luxury tree house experience, this would be
the ultimate date, camping in a tree house for two nights in the countryside, I
can’t think of anything cuter. I think I'd probably die of excitement if I won this. It's not the photo above but it's pretty similar, do check this out because I would love to go halves with someone and do this haha - a seriously cool adventure.
Introductory Flying Lesson - I really want to try something adventurous this year and a flying lesson would
be ideal. I’d probably end up spending the voucher on something out of the box
like an introductory flying lesson if I won to be honest as something like this really is a once in a life time experience. I can only wish that I'd be able to fly like the photo above, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be doing that in an intro lesson. Every little helps though ey.
So, what are you waiting for? There are
literally thousands of exciting things that you can spend your money on (or you
can win it and use it as a gift and treat your loved one to something cooler
than cool)
Simply head here to enter, good
luck everyone!
What would you spend the voucher on? Have you entered? Do you like the sound of anything I've chosen?
Lots of love, Em x
