Whilst I'm working on my ultimate male Christmas gift guide, (read the ultimate gift guide for her here), I thought I'd pop a quick outfit of the day up and have a chat to you about my weekend. I went home this weekend and boy, is home good. I had some pretty exciting news this week so we celebrated as a family at a gorgeous local restaurant on Saturday and headed to York for some family bonding today. Also, I can show you my new hair (finally...) so here we go...

I did my nails myself using my new RCM Christmas gel nail kit which I was kindly sent, I will be doing a full review soon but I can't believe how well they turned out (even if I do say so myself!) I chose sparkly red so that I can get into the Christmas mood. My watch is my pride and joy, (Daniel Wellington) and I recently announced the winners of my DW give-away, check if you were a lucky winner here! I arrived home this weekend to the most gorgeous Christmas stocking rammed full of goodies from online store Uniqlo, I absolutely love these earmuffs and haven't taken them off this weekend. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world opening everything, Christmas really did come early this weekend, thank you Uniqlo! My ring is from Pandora, bought by my lovely boyfriend.
I recently got my hair dyed ash/dirty blonde, as most of you know, I'm trying to grow my hair - it's grown so much since I got it all cut off, it was literally a bob when I got it cut, I can't believe how much it's grown - make sure you read about what I've been doing to quickly grow my hair if you're wanting long hair by Christmas time like me! I decided I'm going to move away from bleach for a while until it grows to the length that I want it. Thank you to my fabulous hairdresser Jade (XS Hair Leeds) who has fixed my hair.
I don't have much make up on as I don't tend to wear make up on family days, but, this weekends face consisted of Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation, L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara, MAC Mineralize Skin-finish Powder (medium/dark), Clinique Blush and Burts and Bee's Blueberry Lipbalm.
