Today is a bit of a different post from me but I am actually really excited to share this with you. Basically, I was introduced to a pretty addictive site the other week (could this be the new Pinterest?!) and, there's a way you can use it to basically change your online shopping experience and win a prize worth $1200, so that's around £600! Keep reading to find out more... PS, you're not going to thank me for this when you're addicted to this site...
So as you all know, I absolutely adore Pinterest (find me here), like literally, I cannot get enough of it - I waste half of my life making boards and I think that's why I love Lyst. Lyst is a new website where you basically make 'lysts', rather than boards, but you can actually tell where all the items are from and you can shop from your favourite shops too. You end up having your own visual and personalized store that's made for you by you. I think it makes shopping and visualising outfits so easy. I made my first board the other day and called it 'Christmas Cuteness' and added lots of my favourite items to this wish-list. I'm forever doing wishlist posts on my blog, so it's nice to be able to have a website totally dedicated to wishlists as I adore writing them. It will make Christmas shopping easier too! The thing I love about Lyst is the range of shops on there, literally, from H&M to Marc Jacobs to Topshop - everyone is on there meaning you can shop to your budget or you can make a complete lust-list, it also means I've stumbled across some great new brands too (sorry bank balance!).

Lyst has the addictiveness of Pinterest but the ease of online shopping, as much as I love Pinterest, you can't always find out where everything is from, on Lyst, you can easily find the name of the retailer (and the price too!) and buy it. You can also find out when your favourite items go on sale and therefore, grab a bargain! Basically, all the top stores are just in one place here making shopping and playing around with looks so easy. You can even follow your favourite brands and designers, this means you will have a constant feed of new items and sale and stock alerts. Um, hello perfect shopping.
So why should you make a lyst? Well, first, it's a great way to procrastinate, secondly, I have genuinely come across so many new amazing items on there but third, one lucky lyst maker will win a bag by Sophie Hulme which is worth £625.
