Ah I feel like I haven't done an outfit post for quite some time but I am back today with a little Summer special! I was challenged by New Look to put together a 60's look, naturally I put my own little twist on it though! I absolutely fell in love with the pieces I chose (they were so affordable too). As much as I adore Burberry, ASOS, Topshop, I was talking to my friends the other day and we were saying it's really good to be able to mix up more affordable pieces with high end pieces for a final look. I hope you love these 60's inspired boho looks as much as I do!
I put this gorgeous off the shoulder playsuit with my bright blue Butterfly Twists (they're fully foldable and fit into your bag - you can read about them here) but they're honestly the comfiest, more practical shoes ever that actually look good too. I put the blue shoes to match my LVNDR druzy necklace and I feel like the blue just works really nicely with the colour of the playsuit. As you'll probably know by now, I am a huge playsuit fan. Playsuits are so easy to wear and so comfortable too. I think they look great but effortless and my wardrobe is honestly full of them - they're great to just throw on, as are Butterfly twists! I never leave home without a pair in my bag now.
Playsuit / Shoes / Necklace / Sunglasses
I literally cannot get enough of this outfit for Summer nights and Summer days!
I really cannot get enough of my Butterfly Twists either - you may remember them from my handbag essentials post actually - they truly are an essential. I keep running around London in them!
Many thanks to Scarlett for taking these photos on our recent trip to Austria (it was amazing - more on that soon!).
You can check out New Look's festival collection here! You can also check out their festival timeline here which I'll be featuring on very shortly and their fashion flashback timeline too woohoo!
Lots of love, Em x
*This was a collaboration with New Look/Butterfly Twists but as always it's 100% my opinion - come on, you know how much I adore playsuits haha.
