I’m a sucker for body products, anyone who knows me will know this. I’m a little bit obsessed with exfoliators, body butters, body oils, you name it. I guess I just love polishing my body and making sure my skin is at it’s smoothest and happiest. I exercise and eat well so why not look after my body in the shower/bath too? We all talk about healthy eating and fitness but rarely touch on looking after the skin we’re in with suitable products. Nothing makes me happier than a spa break or a nice long candle lit bath (give me a beautiful massage any day please). Unfortunately though, we can’t always just waltz off on a spa break though and that’s where this comes in, Champneys new detox range. I am so excited to talk to you about this. The box itself is amazing and I have tested each and every product over and over again. The Detox-In-A-Box is honestly the dream, it aims to make you feel refreshed and reinvigorated by harnessing the richness of the sea. Nothing makes me feel more relaxed and fresh than being by the sea so I was sold at this point. The packaging is just absolutely stunning too.
Champneys new detox range features ‘miracle' ingredients derived from the British coast (I am all for lovely, British products so this excites me too), superfood seaweed and recuperative mineral sea salt, in order to make you feel warm and replenished. Seaweed is one of my favourite ingredients because it is a natural marine mineral which cleanses, tones, stimulates and repairs so I was pretty excited to slather this all over my skin.

Skin Firming Body Butter - I wanted to talk about the skin firming body butter first because I'm obsessed with body butters, particularly when they're firming ones. I feel like I'm currently prepping my body for warmer months and this is just the product. This product has been specially developed with over 90 years of expertise so I trust it. I'm such a sucker for body butters seriously. It's enriched with sea minerals and is easily absorbed into the skin, I really hate my skin feeling sticky and wet but this feels so smooth and really does sink straight in. I massage this all over my body after showering and I just feel amazing - plus, it smells amazing too so you'll smell perfect all day. It's one of those body butters where you wake up feeling moisturised too, perfect.
Skin Firming Shower Scrub - Arguably my favourite product from the range (I say arguably because it's really difficult to choose from all the products). I am a sucker for scrubs and exfoliators and this one is heavenly. It's not often that you find a good in-shower exfoliator but this is the dream. This scrub is designed to remove surface impurities and helps to create smoother, tighter skin and I can vouch for that.
Detox Hip & Thigh Firming Mud - Now this really is where the detox box differs from other products on the market, you seriously do get a spa treat at home with this product, your own gorgeous jar of firming mud! I actually love putting this on when I get back from the gym as I feel like it soothes my body. This brings indulgence into your home, it's enriched with naturally derived sea minerals and visibly improves the look of cellulite around the hip and thigh area. It really does make my skin feel smoother, former and more toned and this only costs £12.00.

The set costs £30 and individual products range from £8.00-£12.00 which I think is exceptional to say they're British made, amazing quality, full of natural ingredients and they actually work really well. You can find out more online here.
When it comes to eating clean, I'm not one who likes the word 'detox' but I am happy to use the word detox when talking about products, where well-being is concerned, if you've read my top health and well-being tips, you'll know that I believe in taking little steps to benefit your all round health and well-being such as drinking lots of water, caring for yourself, taking time to relax, working out and generally just eating well 80% of the time. I feel like this range adds perfectly into anyones well-being routine, remember, it's part of your lifestyle and not a fad!
