Hello hello! A beauty one from me today because I couldn't not write about this chocolatey beauty treat today. Yup, a beauty palette, with a twist. It actually smells like chocolate, good enough to eat (but you can't eat it). As most of you will know, Too Faced are one of my favourite brands when it comes to beauty, their packaging is always beautiful, their products are always special and it's truly a brand I've loved for a long time. Let's discuss one of their newest launches and show you how gorgeous it is, in true Too Faced style...
As with all Too Faced products, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. The idea behind this is to give you 'candy-coated confection' in a palette and these cute little heart-shaped delights (you get 16 of them in matte and shimmer shades so a great selection). I love that they're not all matte and they're not all shimmery, I enjoy that you get the mix of the two with this palette. I usually think love hearts are quite childish but actually, I think this is just the cutest, happiest palette and it actually gets me really excited for Spring. Every time I open it I feel excited (and hungry for chocolate). Each shadow is chocolate-scented (winning) - they seriously smell amazing. They're infused with antioxidant-rich cocoa powder and apparently, research has shown that the scent of cocoa is a natural mood booster - no wonder I feel excited every time me I play around with these. As shades go, I really dislike the pink (sorry to be a negative nelly), I would never ever wear pink and don't understand why it would be in a palette but I guess some people may like it. I'm quite boring when it comes to crazy eye colours - I just love my neutral shades and this palette does have some amazing neutrals inside it. I guess every palette always has a colour in it that you won't use.
So, if you're after a mega cute palette, that smells amazing, is different from the norm (a palette that smells like chocolate?! how is it even possible, best invention ever) and makes you happy every time you open it because it's so pretty, this one is for you.
