Top Beauty Products For Busy Women; Clinique Pep-Start Range Review

As someone who's always on the go, I'm forever looking for multi-tasking, easy to use but effective products. If you guys have been reading my blog for a while, you'll know that Clinique have always been one of my favourite brands. My Grandma adored the brand and almost brought me up on it. The first skincare brand I ever used was Clinique and I still use them to this day. I feel really excited to be doing a full review today of their Pep-Start range, as you guys know, I use Clinique's Pep-Start eye cream pretty much every day. My new favourite primer is also from this range so it was only natural that I wrote this post today. I'm going to show you how the Pep-Start range is the perfect companion for the busy person and girl on the go. 

I'm so excited to be sharing my on the go skincare routine with you today, whether I'm rushing around on trains to meetings, fitting in a gym class before a meeting or simply relaxing, the Pep-Start range genuinely makes everything so much easier. It really is perfect for always-on-the-move women. 

I've mentioned Clinique's Pep-Start eye cream more than enough times, make sure you read my full review of Pep-Start eye cream. You guys know it really is an every day essential for me. It's perfect for girls on the go, I suffer from a lack of sleep and I burn the candles at both ends. Another multi-functional product, it hydrates, brightens but also de-puffs (the cool touch tip makes me feel so fresh) and the peptide blend helps the skin to be more resilient. Not only can this be used morning and night, but it can also prep for flawless make up application and be applied throughout the day over make up to perk you up. Who needs coffee? 

It's safe to say, I am truly obsessed with Clinique's Pep-Start eye cream, but I hardly keep that a secret.

If you guys follow me on Snapchat (emshelx), you'll know that these Pep-Start wipes are in my handbag pretty much every day. In fact, I'm so in love with them, that they're not only in my handbag but in my gym bag too. They're the perfect full-body wipes, after I've been dashing around, they're great to make me feel less flustered. They're perfectly sized so I can wipe my whole body down with them and instantly feel refreshed for my meetings ahead. I particularly like using them after barre classes, I pop down to the city centre for the classes and whilst they don't make me sweat too much, all the rushing around makes me flustered, it's so easy to just wipe myself down after a class and then I can head over to my meetings. 

It's safe to say, they're a real handbag, gym bag and life essential. When I've been rushing around London, I love swiping them over my face to just remove any pollution from the day. I can then cleanse after. 

Packing my bag with those essentials means I'm always confident that I'll feel refreshed and bushy eyed no matter what I have to face throughout the day.

Jumper / Coat / Bag 

The product range allows for the all important 'me' time too, a must-do for the busy woman! If you've read any of my blog posts about how to juggle time, you'll know that my top tip is to always take a little bit of time for yourself. The great thing is, no matter how little time you have, you'll always feel refreshed and brightened when using this range.

I wake myself up using the incredible Pep-Start cleanser, it's a 2-in-1 exfoliator and cleanser but it certainly doesn't lack in quality. It's great for when I've been rushing around London all day, my face feels clogged with dirt and pollution but this aims to take oil and impurities out of the equation in one quick step. It leaves the skin feeling silky smooth and squeaky clean after the longest of days. If you do have a little more time, it works really nicely as a quick 2 minute mask, just massage it into your face. My skin always feels vibrant and tight after washing this off. It's really gentle too and doesn't dry my skin out at all. I also find this is great if you're travelling, I stay in hotels a lot (you'll know that if you've read my travel section!) so I can't always take a cleanser, toner and moisturiser. This puts two steps into one with a nice, light-weight bottle too.

After cleansing, my next step is priming. I'm pretty obsessed with Clinique's Pep-Start Hydro-Blur moisturiser. It acts as a primer and moisturiser in one (again, removing the need for loads of products in your bag and speeding up the process). It's like a filter for the skin and instantly mattifies, blurs and hydrates. It helps me keep oil at bay throughout the day when I'm rushing around and makes my skin feel super soft, hydrated and really happy. I love using Clinique because I trust the ingredients, I know they're working on my skin.

After a pop of Pep-Start eye cream, I'm good to go.

After a long day, the final step is Clinique's Hydro-Rush Moisturiser. It's perfect to almost reset the skin after a busy day. It instantly refreshes and hydrates and also gives the skin a lovely healthy glow. I find I wake up looking so fresh after using this. It can be used in the morning too but I prefer to use my hydro-blur as a two-in-one on busy days. 

The Pep-Start range is a dream in every day, it's my secret weapon for bright, bushy eyes, radiant skin and, well, covering up that lack of sleep. It's so nice to feel cleansed and a little pampered after rushing around, this really is the perfect range for just that.
