Leeds is a thriving little city, completely under-estimated and growing each and every day. I used to feel a little embarrassed to say I'd grown up near the city, but as I've got older, I've realised it's actually a Northern hub. I'm proud of my little city and I'm proud of how far it's come. If you've not already realised, I split my time between Leeds and London, but actually, Leeds gives me a really nice relief when I've had a busy week in London. The thing that excites me the most is just how much is going on in Leeds at the moment, from the arrival of a stunning new shopping centre (No Selfridges yet unfortunately, but we do now have marble tables perfect for flatlays, an Anthropologie and a COS which is good), and also, so many events. I was invited to The House Of Peroni pop up cinema this week and I can't wait to tell you about it. You guys can visit too!
The beautiful pop up was almost made for me, brimming with delicious cocktails, fabulous people, stunning decor and even better drinks. Who knew Peroni tasted so good in cocktails?
Whilst The original House of Peroni residency ended in June, The House of Peroni is continuing to create cool pop up’s at events around the UK throughout the year and lucky for us, we get to attend (yes, you can come too!)
The beautiful pop up weirdly got me in the festive mood. Look how stunning it is!
The canapés were delicious and if this was a permanent Leeds feature, I'd definitely have included it in my top places to eat and drink in Leeds guide!
I finally got the chance to give my new Winter coat a trial. You may remember it from my recent get to know me video. It's safe to say, Winter is definitely on it's way! I also popped in for a quick blow dry at Sassoon before the event, getting me date night ready as always!
