Styling Knee High Boots & Adore Jewellery Plus Win A Trip To Paris

Give me the opportunity to style up some knee high boots and some gorgeous sparkles and I'm a seriously happy girl. I'm a little bit in love with festive dressing, but then again, who isn't? Cosy knits, sparkly accessories and knee highs? As much as I'm not a fan of cold weather, I really enjoy Winter fashion. I'm so excited to show you this look today.

We were heading for brunch, so I was full of smiles. My knee high boots are so comfortable and have ties at the back so they actually stay up. I feel like knee highs are a fail safe option during Winter. They look classy, they're comfortable and you can play them up or down, it really depends what look you're going for. These ones are from Kurt Geiger. I wore them with a knitted long jumper, you might remember me talking about how much I love their brand in my recent post about my favourite chunky knits (make sure you check it out!). Obviously my Gucci Swing bag goes with me everywhere, it fits everything in and compliments every outfit. Onto the accessories...

You may remember me telling you about my love for Adore jewellery on my last minute Christmas gift ideas post. ADORE is a new brand from the Swarvoski group and every single piece I own is truly divine. They offer a curated, contemporary fashion jewellery collection and I honestly am in love. I feel like the images speak for themselves but the pieces are chic yet sophisticated. They're made with luxe materials but for a reasonable price. For me, these pieces look so expensive and you can tell that they're made with beautiful materials. I think they make this quite plain outfit look more festive.

Shop my pieces:

4 point star necklace / soft square necklace / cord bangle / skinny pave bangle / soft square ring / cross ring
celine sunglasses
layering necklaces

crushed gold velvet dress

To take the look from evening to night (I had a dinner event after brunch but didn't have time to get changed) I put this gorgeous faux crushed velvet number underneath the jumper. It looks like a skirt for a brunch date but adds that festive sparkle and glamour and I think the jewellery really compliments it. When I did my shoot for InStyle magazine we layered the necklaces and I fell in love. That's exactly what I've done here.

I really hope you like this versatile Winter outfit, it really can take you from day to night and of course, with the added jewellery it makes it so special.
