Cotton; one of the things we all use in our daily life. Cotton is in our clothes, our bedsheets and now it’s in our beauty products! Yes To has just introduced their new Yes To Cotton range, which is designed specifically to care and comfort your delicate skin! Not only is it cruelty free and almost completely natural, but it's one of the best high street beauty brands I've come across in a long time.
Imagine how soft and comforting our bedsheets are... now imagine that in a skincare range. The Yes To Cotton range protects and softens skin whilst creating a barrier to help safeguard against irritation, making them the ideal products for anyone who has ultra-sensitive or allergy-prone skin.
The products are 95% natural and are made with Cotton Extract and Cottonseed Oil, helping you go back to basics with gentle nourishing, softening and refreshing skincare. They are also cruelty free, don’t contain any Parabens, SLS, or silicones AND they are fully Vegan too. This brand ticks every single box for me.
Now let's explore the Yes To Cotton range.
Yes To Cotton Comforting Eye Makeup Remover Pads (RRP £6.99) – These are softest eye make up remover pads I've ever used. Rich in antioxidants and Aloe, they nourish and protect the delicate skin around my eyes. The best thing? They're made in-part from cotton t-shirt manufacturing scraps, a process which helps save energy and water and reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which is a first in the UK beauty market. The Yes To Cotton Comforting Paper Mask (RRP £3.49) is also made of 100% natural cotton which helps to both hydrate and protect your skin, so this is on the top of my list for the next time I want to pamper myself.
Just like the make up remover pads, the Yes To Cotton Comforting Facial Wipes (RRP* £3.99) are made in-part from cotton t-shirt manufacturing scraps and use the same amazing process which helps the environment. They're lightly fragranced and make it so much easier to remove my makeup when I’m on the go, or before a double cleanse – no more scrubbing, which is a huge bonus! I absolutely adore the cute packaging too!
Yes To Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water (RPP: £6.99) - I'm a little obsessed with Micellar Water and this particular product really is amazing. It comprises of a three-in-one formula, which cleanses, tones and moisturises your skin without rinsing -this draws out impurities without over-drying the skin. See this as your plane or festival must-have. I'm such a sucker for pumps too. I love how easy they are to dispense the exact amount of product.
Yes To Cotton Comforting Facial Moisturiser (RRP* £12.99) - In order to get this antioxidant-rich formula working, you need to pump the nozzle a few times, but it’s worth it as it feels super light and airy on your skin. The moisturiser is designed to protect against daily environmental stressors and leaves the skin looking naturally radiant. It can be used morning and night but I love the freshness in the morning.
So there we have it, this is definitely one of my new favourite beauty brands and I'm so glad this range is now available in the UK
How to figure out if the product really works? A t-shirt test!
In order to show how well their products work, Yes To challenged me to the t-shirt test. We all know how frustrating it can be when you get makeup marks on your white shirt, so I’ve removed my makeup whilst wearing a white cotton t-shirt and then taken it off to see whether there’s any makeup on the collar.
As you can see, I have nothing to worry about! It’s the bane of my life, doing my make up and then getting marks all over my clothes, with these products, you wont be left with any marks around your collar!
Available now on ASOS.
Have you heard of Yes To Cotton? Do you like the sound of this brand? Do you like Vegan and natural beauty?
