It’s been a while since I did a proper brand round-up and today couldn’t resist rounding up some new bits from L’Oreal. I’m absolutely in love with makeup and skincare and it’s not often I see a WHOLE range that I just need in my life. I first noticed someone using this range on their Instagram stories (yup, influencer marketing definitely does work) and have been patiently wanting to get my hands on it since. Let’s take a look at a few of my new favourite products for Summer from L’Oreal, they’re taking the beauty world by storm at the moment with their beautiful new releases.
L’Oreal Bonjour Nudista Skin Tint - L’Oreal’s Nude Skin Tint is just what I needed in my life in the run-up to Summer. It’s made with 92% natural ingredients and therefore, feels more like skincare when I put it on my skin. I love using skin tints on good skin days for a natural glow and sometimes use them under foundation when I’m fancying a full coverage look. This product has quite a light-weight feel on the skin but instantly smoothes, softens and gives me such a no-makeup - makeup look glow.
Life’s A Peach Blush - If you've watched any of my vlogs recently you'll know this is always in my make up bag, it's my daily staple. I’m definitely more of a coral/peach girl than a pink girl when it comes to blushers. I do find a final pop of blush just finishes my make up look perfectly but I’ve always struggled to find the perfect colour for my complexion. I find some blushers make me look pale but not this one. L’Oreal’s Life’s A Peach blush is definitely warming and works perfectly with a bronze, it adds the best luminosity to the skin and well, look how gorgeous that packaging is.
Back To Bronze - This is the product I saw on Instagram stories and I just had to get it. I follow the most beautiful model with the best complexion and she explained how much she loves this. It really is the perfect bronze colour and doesn’t go grey on my face like some do. I also like it because it’s matte and I don’t want a shiny bronze. This is golden and definitely gives you that Kim Kardashian glow. Love her or hate her, she seriously knows how to work the bronzed look.
La Vie En Glow - The perfect highlighting palette! This comes in two shades, one is a little cold on my skin whereas this one completely warms my complexion up. I’ve found myself using this palette on my eyes and on my cheekbones. It’s definitely like a more affordable version of current luxury highlight palettes and is perfect for travel if you're after a multi-tasker. If you spy the Fresh candle in the background, then yep, I have so many good words to say about Fresh and their beautiful candles and skincare at the moment (Soy cleanser, I'm talking about you, you're the best).
So there we have it, a quick and easy look at a few of my current favourites when it comes to high street beauty. I adore high end beauty but when a high street product blows me away, then yeh, it really blows me away and this range is my favourite high street range in a long time. L’Oreal, you did it again!
Do you like L’oreal? Do you like more warm face products? Do you like the look of this range?
