There are reports that blue light from the various technologies we use day in and day out can be linked to dry eye and eye strain etc so it's really cool to see such a modern take on skincare. We all know that Estée Lauder is one of the biggest beauty brands in the world so if they're launching a blue light product, you know it's going to be the creme de la creme.
New to this particular eye gel is an exclusive FR Defence technology which helps the skin to resist environmental irritation. I have to say, this is welcome as like many people I use technology constantly plus I live in quite a traffic heavy environment and do a lot of walking and often worry about the impact that pollution will have in the long term on my skin. Also, despite my never ending attempts to improve the amount of sleep I get, with the combination of a packed work and social schedule I often find that I have visible signs of lack of sleep around my eyes. This gel really helps to brighten and hydrate and provides a great revival of the tired eye look.
I love the texture of the new Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Gel Creme as it is very light weight and absorbs very quickly. It is also suitable for all skin ages, skin types and skin tones and can be applied morning and evening to brighten and restore a fresh eyed look. I actually think this would be a dream in Summer if you were to leave it in the fridge for a little while. Goodbye cucumber eye patches.
