Hi there, nestled in the heart of American fashion culture is a brand that I have recently fallen in love with all over again - Abercrombie and Fitch (which can you believe was originally founded in 1892). I think it's the combination of their classic elegance and contemporary trends that has helped this brand stand the test of time. I think the resurgence of old money style and IT girl style {thanks Sofia Richie} has made Abercrombie shoot to the top of the fashion ranks once again. I remember when the Abercrombie and Fitch flagship store on London's Saville Row opened and my gosh did I shop hard. I took my mum, nanna and grandad who just did not get why it was so busy and why I spent (I do not exaggerate here) 4 hours hunting for Abercrombie items. It will always remain one of my favourite ever shopping days. Long are the days though of Abercrombie just being known for athleisure, they were actually well ahead of their time with comfy but chic airport outfits and day to day styles. Abercrombie are now famous for their denim, their dresses and actually, everything apart from their traditional hoodies. I also spotted Kate Hutchins launched her very own collection with Abercrombie and Fitch today so expect Abercrombie and Fitch to sell out now even more so.

I really think that at the heart of Abercrombie & Fitch's success is its dedication to creating the most beautiful clothing that not only looks good but feels good too. It may not be the cheapest brand I've ever come across but their attention to detail and emphasis on using such great quality materials make every single purchase perfect. Cost per wear works out great because their items actually stand the test of time. I'm all for a versatile wardrobe these days and Abercrombie offers a diverse range of styles to suit every taste and every occasion. From casual chic to laid-back luxury with piece that easily transition from day to night making them essential for a capsule wardrobe.

Firstly, and most importantly let's review Abercrombie Jeans
Abercrombie are renowned for its denim and for good reason. Their jeans are made from premium materials and come in a variety of styles and washes to suit every preference. Whether you prefer skinny or straight, or boyfriend fit, Abercrombie has the perfect paid to flatter your figure and elevate your style. I fell in love with the High Rise 90s Relaxed Jean complete with rips! If ripped jeans aren't your thing anymore, you can actually get them without the rips too. Over the years I've gone off jeans as I find them a hard wear and back in the day I was a skinny jean girl but these relaxed jeans are comfortable to wear and look super stylish. I finally found some comfortable jeans and of course, they're Abercrombie ones.
You might have questions about the sizing of Abercrombie jeans, I personally got a size 26 waist and I am a size UK 6-8. I did find the sizing for Abercrombie came up a little big on me but not majorly. I could have probably gone for size 25 but I like to leave room for my bloat and for eating. I am also around 5ft3 and I didn't order Abercrombie petite, even though I technically am petite, the regular size of jeans was great on me. Whether it's pull on crinkle shorts, denim shorts or smart tailored shorts, Abercrombie have it covered. I bought the Stripe Tailored Shorts for Jamaica earlier in the year and I adore them. They are such good quality and so easy to wear yet look so smart. These are hard to get hold of now as they sold out fast so I am about to order some of the new in Sloane Shorts that are very similar and every bit as nice - but again, hurry as they are selling fast!
Abercrombie Linen Blend Trousers
I can't begin to tell you just how much wear I've had out of the Abercrombie and Fitch Linen Blend Pant
already this year. I've been in warmer climates and these trousers are the perfect, preppy style super comfortable and super stylish pants for warmer weather. The fact that they are linen blend means that they contain other materials like cotton and polyester which means YAY they don't wrinkle like pure linen which irritates the life out of me! I love these trousers so much as they're a great choice for a laid-back yet put together look. They are super hard wearing too - I've gone hard on them. I also love the fact that Abercrombie trousers come in different lengths - something that not every retailer does. I think I need these trousers in every colour, I've never come across comfier pants. If you're wondering what size to buy in Abercrombie trousers I found these to be really stretchy and I got a size XS. We love a stretchy waistband.

Abercrombie hasn't been around for over 100 years for nothing - Abercrombie and Fitch pieces are chic, add to the capsule wardrobe perfectly and can be styled in so many ways - from the office, on the school run, to the airport, for date night, for holidays and the items can be mixed and matched so well.
